You have the right to return the purchased products without penalty and without the obligation to inform us for the reason you wish to return the products, within a fourteen (14) calendar day time period from the date of receipt of the products.

For returns within Greece, you are not charged with delivery costs provided you use Speedex company. Shipping costs from abroad returns charged the person who makes the return. Your returns can be made to our stores. Check out the closest store here.
Returns are accepted with the sales receipt or invoice, only if the products you wish to return are in the same condition as when you received them, without being unsealed or without any destruction to their wrapping. Returns are not accepted on handmade clothing, clothes sewn to your feet and shirts with a monogram.
For the avoidance of any inconvenience of yours, it is recommended that upon delivery of your order you carefully review the condition of the purchased products and that their package is intact, in order to detect any visible defect (i.e. wrong product, etc.).

In case of refund should first contact us. The transportation costs of shipping products, charged to customer amounting to 5 € and this amount is deducted from the final refund. The refund will be completed within 10 to 14 business days from the date we receive the products. The refund amount corresponds to the products prices without any costs of shipping.
